Login failed for user

I am getting following error
Server Error in '/WebApplication1' Application
Login failed for user-'TOUR\IWAM_SERVER'. I am having ASP.net1.1 and SQLServer 2000,on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
Please help to resolve this error
